1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected via www.ikinesis.fr is SAS Sóma, 67 chemin de Ferro Lebres, 31170 Tournefeuille, France.

2. Principles

We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), following the principles of data minimisation, lawfulness (consent, contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest) and transparency.

3. Data collected via the website

  • Professional account: first name, last name, email, profession, and where applicable phone, address and professional identifiers;
  • Newsletter: email address (and signup group / source);
  • Directory profile (if enabled by the professional): name, city, specialties, bio, photo and the contact details they choose to display;
  • Booking: handled via Calendly (slots and details are processed by Calendly);
  • Technical data: connection logs and browsing data needed for operation and security.

Health and movement data processed in the iKinesis application (separate from this website) are governed by the application's terms and privacy policy.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Account creation and management: performance of the contract / pre-contractual steps;
  • Subscription and payment (via Stripe): performance of the contract;
  • Newsletter and marketing: your consent (opt-in), with unsubscribe available at any time;
  • Directory publication: your consent;
  • Security, fraud prevention and service improvement: our legitimate interest;
  • Compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Recipients and processors

Only authorised SAS Sóma staff and our technical processors access your data, within the scope of their tasks: Google / Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, EU), Stripe (payments), Mailjet / Sinch (emails and newsletter, EU), Calendly (online booking).

SAS Sóma does not sell, rent or trade your data for commercial purposes.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some processors (notably Stripe and Calendly) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).

7. Retention

Account data are kept for the duration of the relationship then archived per legal obligations; marketing data (including newsletter) until you unsubscribe and at most 3 years from the last contact; technical data for the limited time needed for security and operation.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to give directives regarding your data after death.

You can exercise these rights by writing to hello@ikinesis.fr (proof of identity may be requested). You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access control, logging) to protect your data.

10. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to regulations. Please review it regularly.
